Iexx Pack by albinozz Iexx Pack by albinozz
There's alot of people having trouble with the Clock.ini . One suggested fix, Try change the name to IexxClock.ini instead of Clock.ini.
Thanks to toastbrotpascal for sending me this fix.

unless you re-code the weather it will stay useless.

I know this is old, but I would still like to use this, however, I cannot find the "destination code". What weather format are you looking for as per the link you included in the .ini redirects to a 404 Error.

Hey albinozz, hope you find the time to see this and reply. I'm having a problem with the shortcuts - no matter what I try it just won't accept any folder path. I'm using Windows XP and trying to set the my documents shortcut, but it won't open it!

if you're absoltly sure the path is correct I don't know the problem. It's a bit hard for me to test because I'm on a linux os and Rainmeter does'nt support linux.
You can take a look in the rainmeter forum at www.rainmeter.net

Yeah, it wouldn't work. No skin that uses the same code as yours to reference paths worked for me.

However, I did figure it out after 2 days of trial and error. I copied off some code from other rainmeter skins and finally got it working with the !Execute["path"] line.

Thanks for the reply though^^

For My Computer and My Documents I used the CLSID taken from rocketdock's shortcuts.

;-------shortcut1;
shortcutText1= My Computer
shortcutPath1=::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

;-------shortcut2;
shortcutText2=My Documents
shortcutPath2=::{450D8FBA-AD25-11D0-98A8-0800361B1103}

For My Pictures and other My Documents subfolders I had to use the execute command as just typing the path would not work at all. And I wasn't able to find the CLSID for those.

;-------shortcut3;
shortcutText3=My Pictures
shortcutPath3=!Execute ["C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Pictures"]

;-------shortcut4;
shortcutText4=My Music
shortcutPath4=!Execute ["C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music"]

etc.

Neither of your skins that use just a path work for me. This is on Rainmeter v1.02 so maybe they've changed or removed certain things from the time when you made the skins.

I'm having trouble getting the Notes Widget to work. The path is correct (I checked, double checked, and quintuple checked), but I don't know what's wrong with it. It doesn't display anything even though the Note.txt is clearly there and has the default text in it.
I would really want to use everything in this suite since it matches my desktop REALLY well.

try create a new .txt file and paste the path for it in the code, also make sure you're using at least version 1.0 of rainmeter.

I've got it figured out, comrade! :)
I edited some stuff around and pointed your config to the text file of another config and it worked.
Somehow, it didn't want to cooperate with the notes document you had ready in lexx folder no matter how hard I tried, but it found the text file I had in another config in a completely different folder (weird).
Thanks for the quick response. I absolutely love your config also.

I cannot create configs, but I can edit them to my liking. One thing I'm still having trouble with though is the weather and RSS, but I feel I'm just doing something wrong on my end.

Again, awesome config. 5/5

glad yoou figured it out :) . You're not alone with this problem. I've got a lot of messages about this. And almost everyone got it solved when creating a new .txt file and link to this one.

Just keep studying the code in rainmeters config and you'll soon be able to create own ;)

This suite is great, Albin. I like the X close button inside the box the way you did it here. I don't see a separate clock either, just the one on the taskbar.

No, just the one on the taskbar. I checked the settings, Placement is Normal, Transparency is 0%. I checked the ini file, nothing jumps out at me but I don't understand all the coding so...not sure why it's not showing. After I select it, there's a checkmark beside it in Configurations, but it doesn't show on the screen.

ok, so you cant see the "Clock.ini" ?
I don't now the problem. I've check the code twice but can't find any "bugs"

try restart rainmeter and your computer. And you are using version 1.0 (of course ;) ) ?

please tell me the results :)

I'm using version 1.1-R181-32bit beta. I restarted rainmeter. I rebooted. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again and still no clock. Not worried, because there's a clock in the taskbar and I don't ever use two clocks at the same time.
